The basic situation of the resigned executive

(1.)The board of directors of the company received the resignation report submitted by Mr. Liu qidong, general manager, on April 27, 2017. The general manager owns 10,948,965 shares of the company, accounting for 3.81% of the company's equity. Mr. Lau continued to serve as vice chairman and deputy party secretary of the company after his resignation.

(2.)Reasons for resignation: according to the company's strategic development and management needs, Mr. Lau asked to resign from his position as general manager of the company。
